You SHOULD be lazy...
It might change your life 👀
Lazy people are the real winners.
(Yeah, I know, not what you thought you’d hear from me this morning)
We tend to demonise being lazy, but there’s no denying that lazy people have something that the rest of us don’t.
Because lazy people find the simplest, most efficient route to achieving their goals, without the fluff.
I remember reading an article from Bill Gates while I was in school about his thought process behind hiring the perfect candidate:

Which led to my first lightbulb moment - I’m super lazy, maybe I should work for him!
That thought lasted all of 5 minutes before I realised that what I really wanted was to be able to train wherever I go and be in the best shape of my life 24/7 - no ifs, buts, or maybes 💪🏼
But life gets in the way, and you’re not always going to be near a gym, or have a squat rack, or the right dumbbells, so it’s not possible…
Is what most people would think, which, in my opinion, is the easy way out and a great excuse for remaining average for years to come.
The solution to this?
To train using just bodyweight 🤸🏼♀️
Think about it. If all I need to train is just me - no equipment, no gym, no training buddy or any of the other faff we kid ourselves into needing - then I’m winning because I’ll always have my body with me!
Couple that with living like an apex predator 🦁 (eating big and sleeping bigger!) then I’m sorted.
You see, I figured out the simplest way to achieve my goal, with the fewest obstacles and did the minimal work required to get it.
I don’t:
🍔 count calories, 🍎 follow dumb diets, 📽 use fancy equipment, 💊 or take supplements.
I spent some real time figuring out what gives me the most bang for my buck in terms of food and exercises ,then made sure I sleep like a baby every night and voila! My lazy self stays shredded all. year. round.
I know you want to feel amazing, so you have to get out of your own way.
Stop waiting for the ‘perfect’ scenario, or to have everything you ‘need’ to start - just stick to what we know works and RUN IT!
