Growing up my father was and still is the most incredible man i know 💪🏼

Retired at 35, raising family of 5 successful children, fought in a war in his home country and left because he realised it gave no benefit to anyone. A celebrity in the UK and influential figure in the Muslim world appearing on national TV once a month. He’s built multiple schools to help young people achieve a proper education, and works with the biggest universities in the world to help develop educated men and women through his published books. He is now a proud grandfather and can still do 10 pull ups and dips who also runs everyday to keep himself sharp and in shape.

An almost extinct species on planet Earth because of the backwards evolution of today’s society 😴

But why has my father been able to achieve such success in all areas of his life. family, business, social and personal?

It’s the simple fact that he has standards.

It creates a foundation on which you can build something great on, something that lasts!

That’s what our parents’ generation was taught back then - to fight and stand up for what you believe in.

But the world has changed… 🌎

So today you’re looking at men and women who don’t care for exercise and would rather sit and watch Gogglebox.

Are you kidding me? 😤

Instead of eating healthy and sleeping well, you’re shopping the ultra processed foods and swiping on tinder at 2am praying you find love!

It’s the worst downfall we’ve seen, and if you’re not careful, you’ll get sucked into it too…
